Hoylake Parade

History and Art Exhibition… Bank Holiday Monday

On Bank Holiday Monday, The Parade will be hosting a History and Art Exhibition.

The fair ties in with the Lifeboat Day celebrations that will be taking place along Hoylake Promenade, including what promises to be an impressive display from the Red Arrows.

Local history and heritage groups will be at The Parade with fascinating displays about Wirral’s past.

There will also be a special display marking the 50th anniversary of the Wirral Hovercraft whose first passenger voyage travelled from Moreton to Rhyl, North Wales, half a century ago.

Art and photography exhibitions by local artists will also be on show.

The RNLI day is always a popular date in Hoylake’s calendar and attracts visitors from across Wirral and the North West. There will be plenty to see and do to keep the whole family entertained both along Hoylake promenade and in The Parade.

The History and Art Exhibition will be open from 10am-5pm.

Refreshments will be available all day.
